But both Gates and Boosie were in jail that year, which put a hold on his business. He made the best of things though. Kevin Gates got his master’s degree in psychology while he was in jail, and he got out early because he was good.
Trying to Make A Breakthrough
Kevin Gates started working on his music business after he got out of jail. In 2012, he put out another mixtape called Make ‘Em Believe.
